All our products are made in fair waged conditions here in London and Uganda and we are working hard to work with the planet.
Being busy sewing bees to give you the best possible experience we prepare all of our workshops in advance. In light of this it’s really important to let us know as soon as you can if you are unable to attend a workshop.
If you cancel MORE than 10 days before a workshop we will either:
Rebook you onto an alternative event wherever possible
Refund the cost of the workshop
If you cancel within 10 days of the workshop we can only refund the cost of the workshop if we are able to resell your place.
You can send someone in your place; just let us know before hand as we will need their details.
If you want to cancel, we need it in writing. Please email Help@AFRORETRO.com or send us a message using our Get In Touch form.
In exceptional circumstances, we may unfortunately have to cancel a Workshop. If this happens, we will give you as much notice as possible and refund your booking fee or see if we can fit you into another workshop if you prefer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.
All workshop details including workshop tickets are delivered electronically. Please make sure you give us your correct email.
