Returns


Thank you for shopping at AFRORETRO.

We have made the sad realisation that on the odd occasion you may want to return your AFROETRO item.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then Team Fro is here to help.

 

 

You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to return them back to us for a refund, exchange or credit note.

We must receive the items in their original condition, unworn and unused. 

When sending items to AFRORETRO you don’t have to use the original packaging but make sure the item is securely wrapped in waterproof packaging, robust enough to protect the item.

It is your responsibility to ensure the items reach AFRORETRO safely and within time. 

For us to be able to refund your purchase we need the receipt or proof of purchase.  It will help us to process your returns more quickly if you could complete the form at the back of your invoice.

Once you have filled out your returns form at the back of your invoice packed it securely along with your item, post it to:

Can I return all AFRORETRO items?

 

Unfortunately there are a couple of exceptions:

Due to hygiene reasons we will only refund earbobs (earrings) if they are:

Faulty or damaged.

OR

Returned to us unworn and unused in their plastic bags with seals intact.  If the bag or seal has been tampered with in anyway, I’m afraid we would not be able to accept them. 

We put all of our earbobs in clean transparent natural cornstarch biodegradable bags with an hygiene seal, so you can fully inspect the earbobs knowing they are in the best condition possible. 

If we are sending the earbobs as a gift directly to a recipient for you, we recommend you inform them of earbobs returns policy as above.

 

 

Uh – Oh my item is faulty

 

How embarrassing, we’re so sorry.

Please drop us a line at returns@afroretro.com so we can organise your return and either replace, exchange or refund it.

 

 

When will I get my refund?

 

Once we have received your return we will contact you by email within 3 working days and let you know how your return will be processed.

If your item is faulty or damaged you will receive your refund or exchange from 14 days of Team Fro receiving it in accordance with your legal rights.

 All other returns will be processed with in a maximum of 30 days

 

 

EEEk! I’ve lost the receipt - Help

 

You can still return the item to us a long as it’s still in it’s original condition, within 15 days from the delivery date, unworn, unused bag and seals intact.

We will either exchange or give you a credit note.
